For more than 40 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ocean State (formerly Big Sisters of Rhode Island) has been matching young at-risk girls with caring female mentors. In 2010, we expanded our mission to include all children--boys and girls. You don’t have to go far to see the results. Chances are someone you know or someone you work with was either a Big or a Little or has been touched in some way by the product of a successful match.
